Why SynSight

Built around the order, not around a spreadsheet

Four things a factory feels in the first week.

Order lifecycle

A calendar that runs itself

Confirm an order and SynSight lays out every step from tech pack to ex-factory: forty of them, scheduled back from the date your buyer wants. Steps close themselves when the work happens: a purchase order raised, fabric received, the first bundle scanned, the last carton out. Merchandisers only chase what is really late.

  • Planned against actual, step by step
  • Late and due-soon alerts every morning
  • Critical path marked on every order

Costing

Landed cost, quoted in any currency

Build a cost sheet from the bill of materials: fabric with wastage, trims, labels, packaging, make from SAM minutes or a CMT quote, processes, overhead and profit. See FOB, CIF and landed cost per garment and per order, and your margin at the buyer’s price in dollars, pounds or euros at the rate you set.

  • Estimate, sampling and bulk versions
  • Variance against what purchasing actually paid
  • One-click printable quote

SynScout

The morning briefing, written for you

SynScout reads your own orders, steps, floor, stock and shipments and writes a short briefing before the factory opens. Ask it anything during the day: which orders are late, what must be bought for the next one, how many pieces are at side seam. It reads only, and points you to where a change is made. SynScout comes with the Growth and Enterprise plans.

  • Answers from your data, never guesses
  • Respects each person’s role
  • Every question kept for the team

Smooth production

Balanced lines, steady output

Enter a style’s operations and their SMV, set the operators and target efficiency, and SynSight balances the line: every workstation loaded to the cycle time, long operations shared between operators, the bottleneck named and the output per hour you can really expect. Then plan which order runs on which line, and track every line’s output, efficiency and defects day by day and hour by hour.

  • Auto line balancing with bottleneck and output per hour
  • Line loading and capacity across your lines
  • Daily and hourly output, efficiency and DHPU per line
  • Operators and attendance alongside the work

On the floor

Every bundle, roll and carton has a code

Print bundle tickets from the cutting order, label fabric rolls on receipt, and carton labels from the packing list. Operators scan with any Android phone; supervisors see where every piece is, operation by operation, and the order calendar moves with them.

  • Bundle tickets, roll labels and carton labels with barcode and QR
  • Phone scanner for start and done at each operation
  • Rolls issued to cutting and returned against stock
  • The last carton scanned out ships the order

FAQ

Questions factories ask

How long does it take to start?

Minutes. Register, set up two-step sign-in, and your account comes with a standard garment catalogue: categories, seasons, colours, sizes and size grids. Add your first style and order the same day, then invite your team by email.

Can we bring our existing data?

Styles, materials and suppliers are quick to enter on screen. If you have them in a spreadsheet, send it to support@synsighterp.com during your trial and we will help you load it.

Does the factory floor need internet?

Yes. SynSight runs in the browser, so the office needs a connection and the floor scanner works on any Android phone on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Is our data safe?

Every account uses a strong password and two-step verification. Each factory’s data is kept apart from every other’s and traffic is encrypted. We handle personal information to POPIA’s standard, which closely follows the GDPR, and Syntera Labs has a registered Information Officer. The privacy policy sets out exactly what we keep and why.

What does support look like?

Email support@synsighterp.com and you reach the people who build SynSight. We answer on business days, South African time.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time; the service runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Can we take our data with us?

Yes. Every report exports to CSV whenever you like, and on closing your account we keep your data for the period in the privacy policy before deleting it.
